Tier1 Group was contacted to update the existing kitchen, utility, master bath and over all condition of the interior space and outdoor living areas, cabinetry island was modified with new stove top and built in microwave, new countertops, back splash, fixtures and appliances were added to the kitchen, new cabinetry and flooring was added to utility room, refurbish all wood flooring and carpeting throughout along upgrading all 4 guest baths, in the Master bath a soaker tub was added along with curbless shower, new cabinetry and mirrors, because the master was over the kitchen we built a custom pan to complete sealed the master bath floor and added additional drainage to prevent overflows in the master bath. Pavers, awnings, gutters, lights and fans were added to the outdoor living space.
