Tier1 Group was contacted to create a master suite space with a contemporary design on a 1930 home, our client requested lots of natural lighting throughout the space. One wall is complete glass from floor to ceiling, we built custom windows above the custom clothes cabinetry, the master bed head board was custom built to fit the space, the circular shower is located in the middle of the wet area to facility access from the back patio, gutter collection system to leverage rain water collection for their garden space, polished concrete floors, tank less hot water heater, 6ft custom pocket sliding wall to create reading room, recycled wood floors for guest bed room. A very cool space.Location
