Tier1 Group was contacted to do a complete interior remodel. The client did not like the small kitchen or master bath and they wanted a utility room.
We were able to create room in the master bath for a tub and two walk in closets, by removing the hot water heater closet and installing a tankless water heater we created enough space for a utility room to be incorporated into the hall bath. Relocated the kitchen from the back of the home into the formal living space which doubled the kitchen size and storage capacity and even gave us the opportunity to build a walk in pantry.
