In 2009 a torrential rain caused the carpet in one room of our house in Lakeway to be soaked for up to eight feet from the outer wall. We tried to correct the problem with downspout extensions, but the problem recurred when hurricane Hermine swept through in 2010. Meanwhile, the trim of the house needed repainting, and the gutters and downspouts seemed inadequate.
Thus we looked for a general contractor that could attend to all these problems, and our search led us to Tier 1 Group. Their personnel listened to our problems and discussed the pros and cons of several solutions with us. A plan was proposed, revised, and approved. Once work was begun, it proceeded quickly with the installation of a French drain, the painting, enlarged gutters with leaf protection, and relocated and additional downspouts.
The work was professional and efficient. The price charged was in line with the estimate. We are satisfied customers of Tier 1 Group.
