Tier1 Group was contacted to incorporate a high-end conditioned conference room in the middle of the warehouse. Tier1 converted a truck garage entrance and tunnel area into a high end corporate and client meeting space, including 12x12 window to view the storage facility and allow clients to visually inspect our client’s process keep the garage door in place to conceal warehouse during meeting. Build in AV with drop down screen for conference viewing, custom networked wired conference table to facilitate virtual conference meeting, built in cabinetry with mini refrigerator and AV components.
